Help me to buy a full BeagleBoard kit

Hello all,
I am a Linux and embedded system enthusiast, planing to buy a
beagle board. Can you give me some idea about, what are the hardwares
I want to buy for full development setup which includes Beagle board,
JTAG debugger, Important Cables,..etc.

Thank you.
Prakash.

Take a look at http://code.google.com/p/beagleboard/wiki/BeagleBoardShoppingList.
It covers the cables etc. It doesn't cover the JTAG and DSP side.

It's not an absolute -- i.e. there are many ways to do it.

Best regards,
Geof

Don't know whether any low cost OpenOCD based JTAG tools are available
for the BeagleBoard - "professional" tools are usually very costly.

To get started, you will need a USB cable, an IDC10-DB9 connector, and
a null modem cable. If you wish to explore the graphics capabilities of
the BeagleBoard, you will also need an LCD monitor which accepts DVI-D
signals and a "HDMI-to-DVI-D" cable.
