High pitch squeal with using 5V power connector.

I appreciate all of the help, fortunately it looks like my Beagle is fine and the problem was the power supply.
It was putting out the correct voltage but wasn’t outputting its rated current.I finally acquired (stole from a co-worker) a new supply and the Beagle is now silent.
