How to flash custom system to BBB's eMMC?

I have SD card. I can boot from SD card. The SD card with 2 partitions
1. boot(FAT32) : MLO, u-boot.img, uEnv.txt, uImage, am335x-boneblack.dtb
2. rootfs(ext3) : rootfs
How to flash flash SD card to BBB’s eMMC in raw mode?
What can I read something?

The BBB’s eMMC looks exactly like the microSD… So whatever instructions you followed to create the microSD, just repeat, while 'inside" the BBB…
