How to Identify My BBB

Hi,

I need some help. Is there a software way to determine which Beagle Bone Black I have? Is there a way to determine it from the hardware?

There is a sticker on the side of mine that says 0 018132 957956 A5A. Is any of that meaningful?

The labels have pictures in the SRM describing what they mean as well, for those that are not afraid of documentation.
