How to prepare SD card with my Angstrom images

Hi,
With the help of this newsgroup, I built my own Angstrom distro for my
beagleboard.
Now, I do not know how to prepare an SD card to boot with my image.

I prepared an SD card with the demo image, and it runs fine. But, the
distro I built does not have the same files as the demo image. I
visited Angstrom site, I could not find any info on this........When I
do googling, the serach result is always about preparing with the Demo
image.....

any help would be be nice. thanks.
