How to write to eMMC from mSD (Ubuntu)

I am trying to access and write to the Angstrom Distro on the eMMC from a microSD card running the bootable (non-flashing) Ubuntu 12.04.

Is this possible? If so, how can I mount / unmount the eMMC?
