Installing Narcissus Angstrom

I’m back again. Does any one have a step by step guide for installing a Narcissus Angstrom image to Rev C2 BB? Having got Ubuntu Natty installed I can’t connect to any network so I’m going for Angstrom. I’ve been unable to mount /dev/sdb2 to unzip the tar.gz. mnt/sdb2 is not identified as a directory by my machine running Ubuntu Natty, ironically.
