Interactive UI Framework

hey,

I need to build a highly interactive UI. I've used Adobe Flash on x86
but I think that swfdec and flash lite don't cut it on the OMAP at the
moment.

I'm using 7"-10" LCD screens with resolutions ranging from 600x480 to
1024x600. Does anyone have suggestions for UI frameworks for ARM.
Think of an itunes-like application with photos and stuff. My main
considerations are visual appeal, price and performance. Performance/
efficiency is actually very important.

Has anyone used Qt or Android for example? Can you say something to
vouch for or compare those (or any other) UI frameworks?

Cheers,
Andreas

Maybe Clutter? It should work with Beagle OpenGL ES, based on GL
scenes, (experimentally) supports Gtk+ widgets. This framework will be
the base for the next Maemo devices. I think it's worse examining its
features.

would I be wrong in assuming that an Android UI would be slower
compared to Qt Embedded
given that Android runs on a Java VM?
