interfacing ULCD7 lite and beagleboard -xm

hi all

i am trying to use ulcd7 lite with beaglebaoard-xm
for this i have used pre built images from angstrom repository
the u-boot says that "Recognized BeagleBoardToys uLCD-lite board "
and am getting only yellow screen nothing else

also kernel hangs while booting at

ifconfig: SIOCGIFFLAGS: No such device
done.
