Is H264 decode in working condition in Android For OMAP3 with Gstreamer Integration with GStreamer disabled?

Hi,
I want to know: Is H264 decode in working condition in Android For
OMAP3 with Gstreamer Integration with GStreamer disabled?
I downloaded the Android build from
http://labs.embinux.org/index.php/Android_For_OMAP3_with_Gstreamer_Integration
.

I get the error : Sorry This Video cannot be played!
FYI information I am trying to decode D1 (720x480) video in MP4 file
format.

However it plays fine if Gstreamer is Enabled.
Help shall be highly appreciated!!!

Can anybody tell me how to debug? What does logcat do?

Does OpenCore have MP4 FIle Parser functionality? May be that's the
reason my video is not getting played!!
