apologies if this has already been clarified in an earlier post, but
i'm just trying to verify the status of u-boot v2 (WRT beagleboard, of
course, but also more generally).
is u-boot v2 where u-boot is headed? so that, if i can build and
boot from u-boot v2 on my BB and it is *adequate* for my purposes, i
might as well just start using it and put u-boot v1 to the side?
obviously, v2 isn't anywhere *near* complete, but if it just does
what i need for now, is it in my best interests to invest my time and
energy *there*?
