Lack of DHCP response on Bone based custom board

We have a custom board based off the BeagleBone. I’m trying to get eth0 working, I can see eth0 in Linux, but when I try to get an address via DHCP I never get a response. I read somewhere that there was a problem with R219 on the A4 BB that also caused DHCP problems. Where can I find the schematic for the A4 rev? I want to see if that resistor is also present in my design.

Also the MAC address on the chip of bc:6a:29:57:3e:dc seems strange, I’ve never seen one start with a bc before. Do those on chip MAC addresses work OK?

TY,
Fred
