I built the kernel, and executed on Beagleboard Rev B5,
After uncompressing linux it just hangs

I'm not sure if taking someone's private git is a good plan.
There is also an official omap git. Not sure whether that has 2.6.32 in it.

afaik openembedded does not support .32 yet. Some patches are needed
to get it running.

I am getting patches through the linux-omap list and at times
discussions about them. Is there a repository somewhere where they could
be obtained as a lump that could be applied with the patch command?

This is with a uImage built from the yesterday's git pull. I shall have
a look to see if there is a later u-boot to try.

Hi Sid,

Give this patchset a try/take a look:

2.6.32-rc5 with otg & dss2 currently working on b's and c's... ehci
is broken somewhere on rev c's..

Just disable "micrel-eth" and enable "fixup" in the patch.sh script..
(expansion board i'm working on, doesn't seem to boot on boards
missing the adapter...)
