lcd panel with built in capacitive touch screen recommendations

Hi,

I have been searching for an LCD panel that has a built in capacitive
touch screen but so far came up with nothing. Does any one have any
recommendations? I am looking for a screen size at least 8" and as the
cost is a factor don't want to go for any thing larger than say 10".

If that is is not possible, my fall back is to buy a 4wire capacitive
touch screen same as the size of my LCD and put it on top of the lcd
panel and some how secure it there. Any thoughts on this?

For what it is worth I’d love to pair my beagleboard with a 10" 10x6 or 12x7 LCD panel with touch features as well.
