AFAIK there is DVI board for BeagleBone http://www.flickr.com/photos/koenkooi/6299118140/. Where can I find schematics or at least the name/type of the DVI converter IC?

It uses the TFP410, the same device that is used on the BeagleBoard-xM. You can refer to that schematic for reference. On this board it uses 16 bits instead of 24 bits.\
I am not sure exactly when this board will be released, but it should be soon. They are waiting on the EEPROM configuration which is undergoing some changes at the moment.
