Insufficient information.
How did you create this "program" you are trying to upload. Did you set
up an ARM cross-compiler on your computer? What is the program supposed to
do?
WHAT did you erase? The BBB runs a full (Linux-based) operating system
with MANY files and programs. If you just deleted anything you saw when
connecting with WinSCP you likely wiped out files needed just to boot to a
command line. If that is what happened, you'll need to get a microSD card,
write a new OS image to it, boot the BBB from the card, edit the card to
convert it into a flasher image, then reboot to reflash the eMMC, followed
by removing the SD card and seeing if the BBB will boot of the rewritten
eMMC.
If you mean you tried to load a newer OS image via WinSCP, you
definitely went down the wrong road. See previous paragraph and the
instructions on: Latest Software Images - BeagleBoard
If you can't get it to boot from SD card, even using the boot select
button, you may have done something that damaged the board.
