Pityuka and Gerald led me to Sunstone.com’s free PCB123 software (which is tied to their ordering system) and it seems an easy to learn application but despite the wide database the symbols for the ZKER, a Hirose connector (FH19SC=40-0.5SH) for a 40 pin flex cable and a couple other seemingly minor parts aren’t listed. Now that I’m recovered from the long drive to see my team beaten by Manchester United, I’ll send an email to the Sunstone with a list of the parts and ask a question. The substitute parts I have on the board now works out at $16.23 each for 25.
