I made a complete configured SD card, now I like to copy it on my Beaglebone.
I tried to place the SD card in the Drive and press the S2 buttom at start-up, nothing happened.
How do I manually copy my CD card to the internally. eMMC flash??
You do not copy the SD card to the eMMC. You run a flasher executable from an SD card, initiated when you hold the button on power up for power off state, that copies a file on the flasher SD card to the eMMC.
