Micron POP package for the OMAP 3530.

Hi,

I am wondeirng what part number I would need to request from Micron
for the
POP memory package that sits on the top of the OMAP. Which part number
do you use for the beagle board?

It is found on the BOM for the Beagle board. This can be downloaded from http://beagleboard.org/hardware/design . You will need to contact Micron direct. A distributor will not know what you are talking about in most cases.
