connected according to CBP package spec in your schematics.

I understand your confusion. These are features not supported in the documentation that you are looking at. These are unsupported features that do indeed exist in the silicon. I chose to tie these signals off as they were intended and not as they are documented in the data sheets. This is not a mistake but intentional.
