this is a prepackaged PRU project that runs on ancient kernel with ancient support software… IMO it is the easiest way to get started as it runs on a uSD without clobbering your EMMC … download the image and have Balena create the bootable uSD …
the project has not only PRU code, but code that coordinates with ‘c’ code…. there is also lots of ancient Perl code to play around with..
