Week 1:
Tasks worked on:
-Presentation video upload
-Update to Elinux wiki
-Repository setup on github
-Getting to know the BeagleBoard
-Flashing BeagleBoard to newer version
-Created initial design for the getting started app
-Started work on internationalization and added language selector
-Added additional Grunt dependencies
-Created Grunt builder to download remote dependencies, so that these can be packaged offline
-Started work on mdns detection
Issues:
-exams at university
-dependencies (css, js libraries) need to be available offline and easy to update
-node_mdns requires additional libraries on Linux, this needs to be notified to the user
-it is currently not possible to package all nwjs files into a single binary (needs to check upstream)
-need to voice over the presentation video
Goals for next week:
-Finish the organization of i18n and usage of templates
-Work on mdns and testing on Windows and Mac
-Add more designed layouts for the rest of the application
-start working on user interface for SSH in the browser
