but in digikey and specialcomp, they are out of stock
I want to get it sent to Sydney, but don't want to wait to long 
which alternate site would work now?
or if I have to wait which site would be a better option to getter
faster?

Try the other distributors like Spark, Mouser, and Farnell. They have all been shipped -xM boards.
