[PATCH] U-Boot v1: ARM: OMAP3: Remove jffs2_1pass.c changes

U-Boot tar ball from TI contains some jffs2_1pass.c changes. These look broken ("ONFIG_CMD_FLASH") and nobody seems to remember what these are good for. Remove them. If anybody needs this, please send clean patch with proper description.
