Photos of My Beagleboard Hookup, Angstrom Console

I just uploaded two photos to http://groups.google.com/group/beagleboard/files

This one shows how I have connected my Beagle. I've tried to provide callouts for clarity. Do the connections look okay? Have I misconnected something? I was in the habit of plugging in power to the USB hub and then plugging the hub into the Beagle before powering up the Beagleboard over the 5v power jack. Maybe that was wrong?

This one shows the output of the Beagleboard on my Dell 2407WFP-HC monitor. The trouble is, I can't log in on that console with my USB keyboard. Robert Nelson kindly told me that I probably don't have a Revision C4-enabled u-boot.bin. I'll try the demo u-boot tomorrow.

Thanks!

Bob Cochran

Ah yes, the blue text terminal.. Recheck your bootargs... (boot.scr
or saved in uboot/nand) "omapfb.mode=dvi:1280x720MR-16@60" is pretty
safe since almost every lcd display seems to support that resolution.
Other options listed here:

Just remember it uses the ">= 2.6.29" syntax...
