Problems booting Linux on Beagleboard xM

So i'm complete noob to the beagle board and simply trying to get
linux running on it. I'm using the image that comes with the board,
and according to the person that i got this board from it worked just
fine previously, but now this is what is simply restarts right after
is says "done, booting the kernel." This just keeps on happening and
Linux never boots.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
