I’m trying to get QTE Creator set up with my BBB and I’m having a very difficult time. I’ve tried Molloy’s tutorial and a couple of others but I keep running into problems because the software they used isn’t available anymore or it just doesn’t work. I’ve been working on it for weeks without any luck. Can anyone point me to a current process/tutorial that works? I’d be very very appreciative.

I had success getting QT creator to work using older versions.
Ubuntu 12.04 (precise) works. You can load the console version, load the desktop (sudo apt-get install ubuntu-desktop).
Use the software center to install QT Creator.
