  2. Do you have any sample application programs to display on touch screen?
  3. Does it has PWM Generator and interface?
  4. Does all of above are supported on ubuntu?
  5. what is the approximate cost?

Mouser electronics just announced a LCD touch screen for about $60
I purchased my bbb from them and they have me on an email list
They should be able to answer you specific questions
