Remote control and video streaming from embedded sys. to embedded sys.

Hi,

I am searching for a suitable platfrom and devices to develop a project.The project is based on a remote controlled robot. There will be a battery powered remote control unit which will have analog(joystic), digital inputs and a screen(4"-5"). On the other side, there is a robot,that has two cameras and a PLC. Front and back cameras will been streaming to remote control unit. And also there is a PLC on the robot and, there will be a communication via CanOpen between control board and PLC. The structure is attached.

Any advice and suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
