Respected,
I am trying to submit a proposal but when I click on submit a proposal for GSoC it shows that I should submit using Google Docs, on the other hand in instructions it is mentioned that I should use elinux.
It is my humble request to please tell me how to submit a proposal so it can be considered, It is my first time so I am a little confused and do not know my way around GSoC.
