RNDIS setup

Hi

I have installed the demo image of Angstrom on my beagleboard Rev C. I
have followed explanations in

http://code.google.com/p/beagleboard/wiki/BeagleBoardDiagnostics

in part : 1. To Test USB OTG as Peripheral (USB Ethernet Gadget
with Windows HOST machine)

Before I begin this procedure when I connect the beagleboard in my
computer by OTG port (mostly for power supply) Windows ( XP SP3)
detect a new device. I do the procedure and I have installed the
linux.inf driver for this device. The procedure said it is supposed to
create a new connextion. Nothing appear in my Windows connection. Also
after the procedure when I connect the beagleboard to the computer,
Windows said it is a USB unreconized device.

Is it the right driver for the right device? I have plugged the
beagleboard on the 5V dc is it OK?

You have to load a module for the beagleboard to behave as a ethernet gadget. Its name is g_ether. The procedure is explained in the angstrom manual http://www.linuxtogo.org/gowiki/AngstromManual#GettingStarted
