rsyslogd-2007 syslog flood in jessie debian 8.0 rcn-ee image

I installed the image from https:``//rcn-ee.net/deb/minfs/jessie/debian-jessie-minimal-armhf-2014-11-10.tar.xz according to https://eewiki.net/display/linuxonarm/BeagleBone+Black#BeagleBoneBlack-Debian8%28pre-release%29

I then ran apt-get upgrade and I am running the default rsyslog.
The syslog is flood with these messages:

I removed rsyslog and installed syslog-ng. But I would rather use systemd and its jourlad.

I installed the image from
https://rcn-ee.net/deb/minfs/jessie/debian-jessie-minimal-armhf-2014-11-10.tar.xz
according to
https://eewiki.net/display/linuxonarm/BeagleBone+Black#BeagleBoneBlack-Debian8(pre-release)

Yeah, we are over 100pkgs that need update, i need to push out an
update to ^^...

I then ran apt-get upgrade and I am running the default rsyslog.
The syslog is flood with these messages:

In the default install/updated i'm not seeing this at all:

debian@arm:~$ journalctl | grep rsyslog
debian@arm:~$

Regards,

btw also see:

https://github.com/rsyslog/rsyslog/issues/35

looks like a bug in your script..

Regards,
