S-video to vga

Being new to Beagleboard, want to know how to adapt a std. PC high resolution VGA monitor to the board.

You would need to purchase a DVI-D the VGA converter.

There are also some S-Video converters as well that are a lot cheaper that the DVI-D versions. I have one that I use that connects to a USB port that then displays it on a PC. It is a video capture device from ADSTech. Here is the link http://www.adstech.com/products/USBAV-191-EF/intro/USBAV_191_intro.asp?pid=USBAV-192-EF
