We are building 1000 systems per week with one each of the BBB and are having a significant failure rate. I would guess that the manufacture is testing these. If possible would you supply the test details so that we could create a similar test and maybe fill in some gaps for screening out the defects before they are in the system?
Uh, no. I did not design the board for your system. It sounds like you may be violating the usage of the board and putting it in an environment that is causing these issues.
