Short cirucit ?

Hi,
I have a beagleboard xM rev C.
I have a problem.
I accidentally connect the 5v pin with 156gpio pin.
The board was restarted and no more.
Doesn't flash the boot led and the black component (like a processor
but more small) closest to the processor gets hot.
The board doesn't boot.
before of that the board worked perfectly.
(sorry for my bad english)

Ouch! Yep. It is no longer going to work! You can request an RMA and get it repaired. There wil be a charge as the processor and the memory will need to be replaced.

I saw boards where almost all ICs died after such coincidence

That is always a possibility.

Where is the serial of my BB ?
maybe is BB-XM-00 ?
On the box there are only Rev C and BB-XM-00

It is on a label on the back of the board.

thank you.
I live in Italy, how much does it cost to repair?
I can repair my BB only with RMA service ?

You can try to repair it yourself, but the cost of the processor and the memory and some of the other parts could cost you more than a new board. Plus, unless you have experience with soldering fine pitch BGA devices and POP parts, I am not sure that you can get it done.

How much cost the RMA services ?

It depends on the amount of damage. It may be cheaper to buy a new one. Processor and memory will be at least $25.
