while messing with the barebox bootloader on my xM, i added some
debugging and printed all of the initcalls being invoked during both
the early MLO boot phase, and the later barebox phase, and posted them
on a wiki page:

that page should be fairly self-explanatory -- the ordered list of
initcalls being run which, when i get the time, i plan on perusing
