SR9600 USB TO ETHERNET ADAPTOR PROBLEM

Hello,
I have SR9600 usb to ethernet adaptor.It is compatibly DM9601.
I use Angstrom demo image on beagle board.
I connect this adaptor to beagleboard usb host(EHCI) port,but this
adaptor is not working.

I want to know any configuration required or install any driver.

if your kernel is 2.6.29, then it should work well.

I know this is little off to the track. But suggest some USB to Ethernet converter for Android running on beagleboard.???

I’ve found the Davicom DM9601 problematic on the beagleboard. I eventually settled on a configuration where I have a Belkin Link-IT F5U703UKLI powered USB hub between the beagleboard and the DM9601. As long as it is plugged in before the beagleboard is powered up and is then left plugged in, it seems to work okay. Once it is unplugged, a reboot of the beagleboard is required before the device will work again
