Supply HUB_3v3 problem on BeagleBoard XM Rev C

Hi all,

I'm playing around with my new BeagleBaby XM Rev C, and I had a lot of trouble
getting working the USB Hub + Ethernet, trying different distros, ( ubuntu natty &
oneiric, Robert Nelsons verisons, an Angstrom ones).
All distros are running, except USB & ethernet ( g_ether is workig as well ), so
yesterday a took the scope to make some measurements:

- nUSBHOST_PWR_EN is low, so it shoud be ok
- DC_5V_USB on Pin 1&2 of U16 is well 5V
- HUB_3V3 is just 1,2V, so i think
  * U16 ( TL1963A ) has gone, but lifting the output pin 4 I can measure 5V
  * someone is drawing a lot of current, but DC_5V_USB is well 5V, and i didn't
    notice much heat at the IC
  * the board draws max .5A @ 5V at the input, not more

The Ethernet port worked well initially with the pre installed image.

Any suggestions, has someone gone ?
