I flashed a micro SD card with BBAI64 Debian 12.6 2024-07-04 XFCE
But there is no package for ti-edge-ai in /opt/
Any idea ?

Have you looked online at BeagleBone® AI-64 - BeagleBoard ?
That link has the BBAI-64 images available.

I know that edge-ai 08.xx version only works on linux kernel 5.10 and debian 11.

created the image without edge-ai.
As far as I know, the only image that currently contains edgeai is ‘debian-arm64-11-bullseye-xfce-edgeai-v5.10-ti’.
I know that there is no edgeai included in ‘debian 12 bookwarm’, I have tried to install it with apt but all my attempts have failed.
It is my understanding that edge-ai 08.xx and later 09.xx versions have not been ported to beaglebone.
