Does anyone know why the TiWi/BLE cape is incompatible with BeagleBone Black?

I have checked and cross-compared the schematic of BeagleBone+TiWi-BLE cape, BeagleBoneBlack+TiWi-BLE cape and BeagleBone+BeagleBoneBlack.
All the connections at P8 an P9 are the same. Therefore, I don’t see any reason why the BBB is incompatible with this cape.
