My board is not getting switched on TPS73701 sometimes get ON . I have
recently got the board fixed from RMA voltage at 2141 are steady . Do
you think that 73701 is not working properly
it Power's ON D5 erratically! when sometime it is ON complete booting
occure

Hi Darshan,
In order for people to try to help you, I think you need to explain you
problem in a bit more detail. I have tried to guess what you try to describe
(by making my own line breaks in your sentences - See above), but I was
unfortunately unable to find any really meaning full problem... 
When you power on the board (plugging DC supply or USB cable) - The SW_OUT
of U1 is supposed to measure 5V, and the OUT of U2 is supposed to measure
4.2V and D5 switch on. In case this doesn't always happen I think something
is wrong with your board.
