Trouble compiling with open embedded for beagleboard

Hi,

                                          I am unable to compile some
basic programs in open embedded,the error being compilation failed,
I am also getting the message called arm-angstrom-linux-gnueabi-gcc
command not found.Can some body suggest me a way to install arm-gcc
tool chain.
