You will have to build a Yocto image based upon ti’s arago distro. If memory is correct we had it booting in less than 8 seconds. From power up to active ethernet.

I might be off a little bit on the time, its been many months since touching this. Here is a previous thread and if memory is correct there should be another one that was BBB specific.
