Video capture and Display in 640x480

Hi ,

I’m trying to write a video conferencing application on my Beagleboard.

My aim is to use the TI encoder and decoder for video processing.

But is it possible to capture stream and display video in the 640x480 mode.

I know for sure that CIF mode (352x288) is supported, but when I’m trying to display a decoded video stream of 640x480, I see a LOT of artifacts and latency.

So, can anyone confirm whether 640x480 mode is supported or recommended on the Beagleboard version C4.

I dont know something about that but if you are interested i can
suggest you the DM 365 module that is designed for video streaming.
