I tried the link in mentioned below but end up nothing.

plus, the same case with dvsdk and codec-engine-5.33

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

I downloades u-boot code from http://code.google.com/p/beagleboard/wiki/BeagleSourceCode

i built u-boot code as mentioned this link http://code.google.com/p/beagleboard/wiki/BeagleSoftCompile

I got u-boot.bin .

I am trying to boot the using this u-boot.bin it is failing.

I compared sizes of u-boot.bin(159.2 KB) with prebuilt u-boot.bin (700.6 KB).

Do i need to enable something to work this code?

Thanks and Regards,

Hi Sanjeev,

I think your U-boot size sounds correct. The reason the TI U-boot binary is much larger (700KB) is AFAIR that it’s including an uncompressed bitmap image of the BeagleBoard logo (the Beagle J)

Anyway to make sure you are on the latest path I would download the code following the instructions at: http://elinux.org/BeagleBoard#U-Boot

Best regards – Good luck
