Where to find the Omap3530 & the POP memo

Hell guys,

I was looking in to several distributers, but I coudn't find anywhere
to buy the following three parts in a single quantity

1. OMAP3530 CBB
2. micron POP memory (MT29C2G48MAKLCJI-6 IT)
3. TWL4030/TPS65950

Where did you guys get them anyway?
I'm from Boston, USA and if you know any around there, let me know
                                      Thanks a lot

Thanks all, I saw that, but the OMAP is an expermental device(i.e
XOMAP). I wanted the fully qualified one.... got it on avnet anyways
the Memory I wanted has 2Gb SDRAM n 2Gb Flash; none of your
suggestions match....Hr, I got it also

Thanks again for ur fast response,...... I'll be back

They are not experimental, just pre-production. These are the same parts that are being quallified.

Hi Gerald

To understand: you address us to

http://search.digikey.com/scripts/DkSearch/dksus.dll?Detail&name=MT46H16M32LFCG-6%20IT:B-ND

for the POP memory but if I look for MT29C2G48MAKLCJ (as for your BB
BOM) in the DigiKey site I find

http://search.digikey.com/scripts/DkSearch/dksus.dll?Detail&name=MT29C2G48MAKLCJI-6%20IT-ND

What is the right component to be used?
Please note the first one costs 8$, the second one 26,79$...

Thanks in advance for your reply,
Ska

I suggest you contact Micron direct. You can also contact any of the Micron distributors.

Either of these components can be used. It depends on how much memory, DDR/NAND, that you need. The current Beagle is 2G/2G and the part number is in the one published in the C3 BOM.
