which is the Best version of ubuntu for beagleboard -xM with ARM cortex processor ??

i am really confused regarding the version of ubuntu that i should use for BeagleBoard -xM.
currently m using ubuntu 11.04 for OMAP
is OMAP and ARM same ???

every OMAP is an ARM, but not every ARM is an OMAP

Another easy way to look at it is that ARM[1] is the 'Processor Core' and OMAP[2] is the 'System on Chip' Family.

my problem is wifi rt3572 was not working probably in ad hoc mode in linux kernel 3.0+
so I guess 10.04 would be fine for OMAP.
