I have REVC beagleboard; and i bought it to make cheap welding robots
for using on my company.
Steps accoplished:
1- I learned how to do partitions
2- I learned how to build ubuntu with gnome for arm
3- I learned how to program c and do a simple commandline menus to
change pinout pinin configs, and read/write them.
Steps waiting:
1- I cannot instal jikes to enable java support (which is not a
priority for me for now)
2- I CANNOT USE KEYBOARD OR MOUSE.
- I tried 3 USB hubs. None of them is working.
- The lates one is 3A with 7Hubs. I connected USB OTG to one of USB
slaves of this hub to power up - beagleboard.
- It works on the startup and finds my devices but then crashes. I
read many discussions about it. Does anyone really solve the problem?
And tellme that on his configuration, the hub does not crashed anytime
at all.
- I waited for about 4 month to be solved; but what i see is that
using an old computer with ubuntu RealtimeKernel is much more Money
Saving (Time Saving) that using a beagle board.
