Wrong address for RMA

We filled out an RMA online and sent out our defective board only to find
the address is incorrect. We have since discovered that the RMA needs a
reply in order to receive the correct address as the one on your website is
incorrect. How should we move forward? UPS is currently trying to find the
correct address for the Beagle Hospital.

First off, you need to follow the procedures and get the RMA approved BEFORE you ship it. At that time the correct address will be provided if the RMA is approved. The manufacturing facility moved and now has a new address…
