i made one PCB for Beagleboard-x15 for GPIO expansion

I completed all work on that PCB.Then in that I can't able to access the gpio pins.
For Example GPIO4_17 means(4x32+17=145).
My doubt is can i access the pins in the board or they are hard-wired already.Please give any suggestion for alteration to access the GPIO

I would first check the schematic to see if they are connected to the pins you are trying to access.

Then, I would look at your device tree is to if the pins are activated.
